Due to the high volume of online orders, we kindly request that when reaching out with questions about your order, you include all relevant order details, including your order number. This helps us process your request smoothly and efficiently. Without this information, we may be unable to assist you.

 

Please Note: All Sales Are Final

Given the nature of our products, all sales are final. This means no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Cape Cod Bracelet Sizing

If you purchase a Cape Cod bracelet and it does not fit, we are happy to assist you in getting the correct size. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a sizing exchange.

 

Important: Worn Jewelry Policy

Please ensure that you do not wear your jewelry if you need to exchange it for a different size. We cannot accept worn jewelry for exchanges, as it is easy to determine if an item has been worn, and we are unable to resell such items.

 

Do Not Send Packages Without Prior Contact

If you need to reach out for any reason, DO NOT SEND any packages back to us without contacting us first, or without including the necessary information in the package. Packages sent with no details will get lost, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to help you.
